Cholesterol/Saturated Fat intake during AAS administration

    A question for George and William (and anyone else who is knowledgeable about this):

    In recent news over the past year or two, it's been said that cholesterol in food and saturated fats are less concerning than previously thought. Generally speaking, a diet high in saturated fat does not lead to heart disease, and cholesterol in food does not lead to unhealthy levels of cholesterol in our bodies.

    The question: Is it really still imperative for AAS users to reduce their intake of saturated fats and cholesterol during active AAS administration?

    It's certainly advised to pay extra attention to your diet while using AAS. Keep an eye on your saturated fat intake and ensure that you're eating plenty of greens, antioxidants and fiber.

    Also supplements such as William Llewellyn's Lipid Stabil are highly recommended if concerned about cholesterol while on cycle:
