Insulin can be extremly dangerous,in case you do not use it properly.Hypoglycemic coma is a critical medical condition that could be non reversible and might lead to brain death.A male bodybuilder who wishes to use insulin,as a part of his off season muscle growth schedule, should be well informed how to use insulin correctly.
Insulin is extremly effective as it nurishes the muscle cell, through the transport of micronutrients into the sarcoplasm.Amino acids, sugars, fatty acids, vitamines, minerals, creatine are entering the muscle tissue. However, carbohydrate is the key element in order insulin to work efficiently and safely. It is not only the protein you should care about, but the simple and complex carbs as well.Glycogen synthase is stimulated for muscle and hepatic glycogen formation.
    Assume a person of 100kg (220lbs) who uses insulin,AAS,HGH.
For every 10kg/22lbs of body weight,1 iu of insulin shall be used. That practicaly means that this person have to use 10iu of insulin during the day. This can happen either in two equal divided doses (breakfast & after training),or in one (post work out preferably). For every 1 iu of insulin,10gr of carbohydrates are required for safe use. This equals with 100gr of carbs for the daily 10iu of insulin use. Those 100gr should be 50% from polysacharides (maltodextrine) and 50% from starchy sources of complex carbs (potato, rice, pasta).
Mind that the fast acting insulin is way more safe, since it acts in a few minutes,so the user can be ready and well prepared in case of any hypoglycemic effect. On the contrary, the long acting insulin could be tricky,in case hypoglycemia occurs durng driving a vehicle,or even during sleep, that could be lethal.
A post workout shake should consist of the folloing ingredients: 50gr maltodextrin with 50gr whey isolate-hydrolysate protein and 10gr glutamine,10gr Bcaa's,5gr HMB,1gr CLA.1gr Ω369,5gr creatine monohydrate,1gr vitamin C and electrolytes. One medium banana will provide another 20gr of fructose,or an energy gel as an alternative choise.

what a healthy protocol should be for a bodybuilder without abusing insulin nor geting fat ?

In case you are using insulin without somatotropin,it is highly possible you will add fat.You may use metmorfin, which works in a different way,by making insulin's receptors more sensitive to the hormone.

    thank u Doctor !
whats your views on Metformin use for general health ? what dose you think might be optimal for this?
i beleive you are informed about studies of metformin and health ( cancer prevention cholesterol improovment etc..)

Metmorfin is widely used from pathologists-diabetologists,in order to treat non insulin dependent diabetes mellitus type II.
Those who use somatotropin as an anti-ageing agend (1-2 iu/day),they add metmorfin in their lunch,or dinner.
As well known,HGH is a diabetogenic hormone that eventualy leads to insulin resistance and hyperglycemia.

What will be the protocal like if using insulin-igf-hgh for bodybuilding?
Using insulin 1hour before pre workout with food and using igf post workout.

Never insulin pre workout, only post.Same occurs with igf1,since they have the same carbohydrate metabolism and lead to hypoglycemia.
We usualy use insulin after breakfast and after we consume the hyperglycemic drink post workout.
If we wish to combine insulin with growth hormone,or growth hormone with igf1,we should leave 30' between growth hormone and insulin.
So the plan goes as following:fisrt thing in the morning on an empty stomach growth hormone, then cardio, after that brakfast and insulin afterwords.
In the evening, growth hormone right after the gym and 30' later we use insulin,or igf1 along with the simple carb drink,or the regular meal at home.
The particular order is crucial, since growth hormone requires a hypoglycemic enviroment (low insulin/high glucagon) and there has to be a window for growth hormone to act, before insulin is used.Hyperglycemia follows growth hormone use and insulin resistance occurs in the long term.
Insulin and metmorfin are the key elements to prevent that.Of course insulin plays a synergistic role, along with AAS & GH.
Mind that the use of somatropin forces liver to release somatomedin, while the opposite does not valid;meaning when we apply igf1,hypophysis stops to release growth hormone.

It makes sense to me now.
Hyperglycemic post workout drink for insulin and igf-1 have to be same right (100gr/100kg)?Dosage of igf-1 will be same as insulin or (40 to 80 mcg/kg)
Thankyou so much Doctor for your inputs .Really glad to clear false doubts and confusions. I will try to read and understand more from basics.

Igf1 goes for μg,while insulin goes for International Units
The ratio between growth hormone/insulin should be <3
A 100kg athlete normaly should uses 10 iu of insulin.
In case he uses 8iu/day,his insulin use should be <25 iu/day
PS:That info was based on a former Mr.O seminar in my country (off the record)
