HGH & IGF1 enhance muscle development, through the effect of hyperplasia;meaning the regeneration of new muscle cells, through cellular mitotic divisions of their nuclei. This practicaly means that with Human Growth Hormone & Insulin Growth Factor 1,we may have muscles that literaly remain permanent, unlike the temporary effects that AAS have, through the hypertrophy effect. However,in the medical fields,it is well known that the basis of oncogenesis and the development of a local tumor,is the extreemly high cellular division rate.A genetic mutation occurs to the genetic material (DNA) and proto-onco genes turn into oncogenes. This afterwords, stimulates the growth of the cancer. Somatotropin & Somatomedin C,are related and under certain circumstances they are released. When we administrate exogenous GH,the liver produces more IGF1.However,the reverse does not valid. IGF1 is also secreted after a meal, meaning that insulin from pancreas will promote the secretion of IGF1 from liver parenchyme. The point in that case is the following:Insulin is an anabolic hormone, that also is responsible for the chronic inflamatory process of obesity, the metabolic syndrome and non insulin dependent diabetes mellitus type 2. When we overeat and we get fat, inflammatory factors such as TNF,IL6,PG are released.Overeating causes massive insulin spikes, which in turn, stimulate more IGF1 to be produced from the liver. Therefore,it is directly related the chronic inflammatory processing of food-insulin-igf1.DM2 & MS are diseases that may lead to cancer.Obesity is a parameter of the MS,while DM2 is the result of excssesive consumption of hyperglycemic refined sugars and trans fat.Obesity is related to estrogens and estrogens increase in breast cancer. Another important clue is that the concentration of IGF1 peptide is found dramaticaly raised in certain tumors (liver, ovarie, lung). This reveals the connection between cancer and growth factors. The more HGH we use,the greater amount of IGF1 will be secreted as well. This is why Somatotropin abuse will eventualy lead to cancer.Same valids for Somatomedin C abuse, which has similar properties with insulin (lipogenesis) and GH (muscle growth). Moreover,HGH is diabetogenic, since it is responsible for glycemia and insulin resistance. I do believe that the key point is moderation.Abusing leads to malfunctions and health issues in the long term eventualy.
