Staying lean on 40/40/20

    40% carbs, 40% protein, 20% fat

    I've played around with quite a few macro ratios over the years and whether bulking, cutting or maintaining this definitely seems to serve me the best in terms of still being able to go out and eat w friends, keeps me sane (no feeling of missing out on any one thing, you can fit cheats into this easily) and most importantly it keeps me energized and strong.

    Going to low or high w carbs and fats and Im either flattening out, or gaining undesirable weight. Protein at 40 is perfect, could even swing to 30 carb and 30 protein for those who prefer fueling off of fats than carbs.
  2. Macro split aside, hit your calories and dont eat garbage and youll be fine... dont overthink it.
